How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 24 hours. Delivery is typically completed in the afternoon or early evening, with pickup the following morning or early afternoon. We will coordinate a specific time window with you prior to your event.
What is included with each teepee setup?
Each teepee setup includes everything needed for a cozy sleepover experience:
- Teepee tent
- Air mattress
- Mattress protector
- Fitted sheet
- Blanket and decorative pillows
- Themed décor
- Decorative tray
- Soft lighting
- Everything is styled to match your selected theme.
How many kids can participate in a sleepover?
Most of our sleepovers consist of 3 – 4 teepees, but you can easily add more setups depending on the number of guests attending the party.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver and set up sleepover parties within the Des Moines, Iowa metro area, including Waukee, West Des Moines, Clive, Urbandale, Ankeny, Johnston, Grimes, Van Meter and surrounding communities. Delivery within 20 miles is free. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside that range.

How much space is needed for the setup?
Each teepee setup requires approximately 6 feet long by 4 feet wide of floor space. Living rooms, playrooms, and larger bedrooms usually work perfectly.
Do you clean the bedding and equipment?
Yes. All bedding, linens, and materials are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after every event to ensure a fresh, safe, and hygienic experience for every guest.
What do I need to provide for setup?
We ask that the setup area is cleared and ready prior to our arrival. Access to electrical outlets is also needed for lighting. We'll take care of everything else from delivery, setup, styling, and next-day pickup, making the experience completely stress-free for parents.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand normal use and minor wear are part of the fun. However, significant damage, stains, or missing items may result in a replacement fee. Full details are outlined in our rental agreement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking if notice is provided within 7 days of the event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, as dates can fill up quickly.
