How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 24 hours. We typically deliver and set up the teepees on the day of the party and return the following day to pack everything away.

What is included with each teepee setup?

Each teepee setup includes everything needed for a cozy sleepover experience:

  • Teepee tent

  • Air mattress

  • Fitted sheet

  • Blanket and decorative pillows

  • Themed décor

  • Decorative tray

  • Soft lighting

Everything is styled to match your selected theme.

How many kids can participate in a sleepover?

Most of our packages start with 3–4 teepees, but you can easily add more setups depending on the number of guests attending the party.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver and set up sleepover parties within our local service area. Delivery within a certain distance may be free, with a small travel fee for locations outside that range.

How much space is needed for the setup?

Each teepee setup requires approximately 6 feet long by 2 feet wide of floor space. Living rooms, playrooms, and larger bedrooms usually work perfectly.

Do you clean the bedding and equipment?

Yes. All bedding and materials are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every event to ensure a fresh and hygienic experience for every guest.

Do parents need to set up anything?

No setup is required from you. We handle delivery, setup, styling, and next-day pickup, making the experience completely stress-free for parents.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We understand kids will be kids. Minor wear is expected, but significant damage or missing items may result in a replacement fee. Details are outlined in our rental agreement.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, as dates can fill up quickly.
